How long does shipping take?
Air cargo takes 7–10 working days. Sea cargo takes approximately 6–10 weeks after departure from the port.
What items can I ship?
Personal effects, commercial cargo, food items (where permitted), clothing, electronics, household goods and more.
What items are not allowed?
Dangerous goods, explosives, illegal items and any goods prohibited under UK or Nigerian customs regulations.
Do you offer door-to-door delivery?
Yes, subject to the destination and service selected.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer and card payments. Payment is required before your shipment is dispatched.
Do you provide insurance?
Yes. Insurance is free for shipments valued up to ₦200,000. For shipments worth more than that, we charge 7.5% of the total declared value. If goods are lost or damaged while in our care, we refund the value you declared at drop-off.

Is there a minimum weight?
Minimum chargeable weight is 10kg for air cargo.
