This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not build marketing profiles about you.
We collect this information directly from you, when you complete the contact, quote or agent forms on this site, message us on WhatsApp, call us, or email us. Our website forms open a pre-filled message in WhatsApp so you can review it before you send it to us.
Under UK GDPR we rely on: performance of a contract (to give you a quote and carry out your shipment); our legitimate interests (to run and improve our service and respond to enquiries); and legal obligation (for customs, tax and record-keeping). Where we ever ask for optional information, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies of its own. We load the Inter font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and our tracking provider take you to their own services, which have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies. Our homepage also embeds recent posts from our Instagram profile; these load content from instagram.com, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address when the page loads.
Because we ship between the UK, Nigeria and Ireland, your shipment details are shared between our UK and Nigeria offices and the partners handling each leg of the journey. This means some of your information is transferred outside the UK. We only transfer what is needed to complete your shipment, and we take reasonable steps to keep it protected in transit.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our service, and then for up to 6 years afterwards to meet our legal, tax and customs record-keeping obligations. After that it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Our services are aimed at businesses and adults arranging shipments. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
